I've rented it from Le Video in SF, though I can't recall if it was a dvd or vhs tape. I was particularly struck by the landscape and costumes, as much as by the presence of Maria Callas. The landscape is almost another character in that film as he shot much of it in Cappadocia, among the fairy chimneys, not too far from the actual fabled location of Colchis.
